Why I Got a Custom Home

As a Disneyworld buff, it was not hard to decide to move into an Orlando custom home. The only real problems I was struggling with was whether I should have looked for one of the Florida new homes for sale that were already created or if I should have done a custom home. In the end, I decided to do a custom home.
Why?
My friend had moved into one of the Panama City custom homes. She could not have said more positive things about them than she did. All she could do was say how incredibly happy she was that she was in a home designed specifically for her. No buying a home, spending a life savings, and finding that you still have to purchase additional things to add on to your home in order to make it as you want it. No, she designed the home to her exact specifications, making sure that she has all of the things she needs to ensure she is happy with her home and experiences absolutely no buyer’s remorse. What was a good decision for her is also going to be a good decision for me, and that is why I got a custom home.
